Farmers and exporters told IntraFish Friday salmon prices are largely stable at the moment, if not slightly lower, than they were a week ago and “the market looks good.”
Several sources IntraFish talked to said that prices still differ slightly, but this is not “unnatural” in view of the sharp fall in prices of a week ago.
Harvest volumes are also on the increase, which is normal for this time of year, farmers said.
