Former Orkla CEO Bjorn M. Wiggen has been elected the new chairman of Lofotprodukt, according to an amendment notification sent to the Bronnoysund Registers.
Wiggen, who took over as CEO of Orkla in September 2010, after many years in a variety of executive positions in the Orkla group, departed from the company in April last year.
He is taking over the chair at Lofotprodukt after Sverre Christoffersen, who is now the board’s deputy chairman.
Thomas Johan Jessen, who was the deputy chairman, is now an ordinary board member.
