Norwegian salmon exporter Villa Sales is looking to exploit the growing potential in the US salmon market after setting up base in Boston.
The company, which de-merged from former parent Villa Organic after Leroy and SalMar acquired the salmon farmer last year, is looking to strengthen its sales team in the United States.

"There's massive potential to ramp up Norwegian salmon exports to the United States, especially if Chile once again leaves a void in the event they decide to sell more salmon to Russia now that Norwegian salmon is closed out from that market," said Geir Myklebust (pictured left), who heads the office in Boston.
