Only a few months after Lerøy Seafood Group announced the purchase of a majority stake in Norway Seafoods, the company is starting the restructuring process.
Currently, the company is in talks to close Norway Seafoods' office in Alesund by the end of the year, and is planning to move its staff to Bergen.
IntraFish sister publication FiskeribladetFiskaren could confirm from several sources that this process is currently underway, though none of the employees at the Alesund office was in a position to talk about it.
