Norway Royal Salmon intends to purchase up to 1,392,271 treasury shares. The price offered in the contemplated share buyback is NOK 27.50 (€3.5/$4.5) per share.
The purchase period commences today (Thursday June 27) at 09:00 CET and expires Monday, July 1, at 16:30 CET. Settlement date for the purchase is expected to be Thursday July 4 (regular delivery versus payment on trade date plus three days).
If the number of shares offered for sale exceeds the maximum level of shares to be purchased by the company, a pro rata reduction on all orders will apply.
