The Fishtalk software includes software for production control, Fishtalk Control, as well as the biological and economic planning tool, Fishtalk Value Chain Planner (VCP).
"We needed a robust tool for reporting and analysis that is both easy to use, and which meets all our needs," said Torstein Tiller, executive vice president for administration and chain operations in Norway Royal Salmon.
Tiller said the software will allow the much-dispersed company structure to use a system both at the individual farmers’ level and in the central group sites.
