Norway Pelagic's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Jan-Terje Teige has submitted his resignation, the company said in a notice to the Oslo Stock Exchange on Thursday morning.
Teige "has accepted a position in an other company, and will be leaving Norway Pelagic within his 3 month notice period," the statement said.
"Norway Pelagic has initiated the process of recruiting a new CFO."
