On Nov. 20, consumer representatives were invited to an opening event in Tokyo, where Norwegian salmon was promoted.

The fair will be held at all 66 restaurants until Dec. 17. Special recipes of Norwegian aurora salmon are offered and a prize, a trip to Norway, is another attraction.

At the opening event, Ambassador to Japan Arne Walther presented salmon to Choshi-Maru President Hayao Horichi.
