The three new owners have extensive experience and knowledge in the seafood industry, in their respective homelands and internationally.
Bjornsson has 16 years of working with North Landing as a buyer of fresh salmon; Olstroem founded one of Denmark’s most successful salmon smoking houses; and Christensen has more than 30 years of experience owning and operating fish processing plants worldwide.
“North Landing has come a long way from when I’d deliver a box or two of fresh salmon in the back of my beat-up station wagon”, said Henningsson.
