George Nolan, of Dublin, Ireland-based H.J. Nolan and Derek Hutchins of Nolan Seafoods UK in Aberdeen, Scotland have bought out two sleeping partners in Lossie, the company said.
The deal, for an undisclosed sum, brings Lossie under the Nolan group umbrella.
Lossie Seafoods -- also doing business under The Pride of Scotland mark -- produces smoked salmon for export to high-end sushi bars and delicatessens in Europe, the United States, Russia, Asia and other markets.
H.J. Nolan is a smoked fish producer, while Nolan UK produces whitefish and salmon fillets and portions.
