The Japanese seafood group Nippon Suisan Kaisha (Nissui) aims to increase its share of overseas sales to 26 percent by 2014.

The 101-year old company -- which has just announced a new CEO -- said it aims to hit revenues of at least ¥600 billion (€5.5 billion/$7.3 billion) in its financial 2014 year, alongside operating earnings of ¥23 billion (€212.7 million/$279.6 million) or more.

The goals were outlined in the group’s new three-year business plan, nicknamed "2014 MVIP," which kicks off in 2012.
