Newk's Eatery debuts ahi tuna, shrimp entrees for Lent

Jackson, Miss.-based fast casual restaurant chain Newk’s Eatery added three new entrées featuring sushi-grade ahi tuna and shrimp for Lent. The Ahi Tuna Sandwich, Ahi Tuna Salad and Shrimp and Avocado Salad are available February through mid-May in most of Newk's 80 restaurants.

Prices for the three items are as follows: Ahi Tuna Sandwich for $9.99 (€8.82), Ahi Tuna Salad for $12.99 (€11.47) and Shrimp and Avocado salad for $10.99 (€9.71).

Newk's permanent seafood menu includes Signature Shrimp Po’boy, Lobster Crab Bisque, Spicy Shrimp Pizza and Caesar Salad topped with grilled salmon.
