Ignacio Gonzalez, CEO at New Pescanova, is proposing a number of “negotiated adjustments” to the group's staff, which the company will start applying in 2016 in a bid to increase competitiveness, reported La Voz de Galicia.

The measures will be contemplated in the collective bargaining affecting the 1,300 employees of the company in Spain, most of them in Galicia, which is required after the expiry of the agreements of the company’s subsidiaries Bajamar Septima Frinova, Pescanova, Pescanova Food, Frigodis and Frivipesca .
