New Pescanova announced its new board of directors, formed of 12 members, of which two will be representing the old Pescanova shareholders, who currently hold 20 percent of the company’s shares, reports Atlantico.

On Feb. 1, Ignacio Gonzalez officially took over as New Pescanova’s CEO, nearly two months after Jacobo Gonzalez-Robatto was appointed sole director of the new company.

The board of trustees will approve the new board of directors on Feb. 25.

Among new Pescanova’s directors will be Antonio Couceiro, who was a counselor to Galician regional government and is currently counselor at Inververante; Oscar Garcia, secretary of the board at Sareb bank; Jose Luis Saenz, ex-president of Cementos Portland; Fernando Valdes, who served as CEO of Campofrio; Mariano Riestra, finance expert who has worked in Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank; and Ramon Mas, president of holding company Inversiones Hemisferio.
