Tepper, who was born in Venezuela, was the technical manager of Allzyme Series, and later was appointed CEO for Latin America.
He replaces Gabriel Gualdoni, who will return to his native Argentina to take over as CEO of Alltech Argentina, and will also be in charge of the regional management in the Southern Hemisphere, which will enable him to be very connected with the Chilean market.
