Myti Mussels -- based at Bangor in North Wales, United Kingdom -- has placed an order for a new mussel dredger with Dutch shipyard Maaskant.
The new vessel, Lottie Holly BS-12, is due for delivery in August next year and replaces the 21m Maaskant-built Loly Pop BS-1, which was built in 2004 and which has been sold to Dutch owners in Yerseke, who are now operating it as the Breeën YE-117.
The new Lottie Holly is designed with a 26m LOA, 10m beam and a depth of 2.65m.
