Tell us about your current job and your background in the seafood industry.

January 2014 will be my 20th year of involvement in the seafood category, and I am fortunate enough to have experienced both the frozen and chilled sectors in that time. I joined Ross Young’s in Grimsby in 1994 and first became involved with the Young’s seafood business as well as the other frozen food sectors. I then moved to Young’s Seafood on a  permanent basis in 1997 when the focus was primarily frozen branded.
