Morpol has been officially delisted from the Oslo Bors following a request by the company.
On Nov. 15 2013, an extraordinary general meeting was held at Morpol where it was resolved to apply for de-listing of the shares, to reduce the number of board members and that the company shall no longer have a nomination committee.
In response to the application a statement from the Oslo Bors said: “The shares in Morpol ASA will be delisted from Oslo Børs. The last day of listing will be on 28 November 2013."
