Natural Strips, the new range of products, will be sold via Morpol’s subsidiary Brookside Products, the Cumbria-based smoker with a history of working with John West.

“We’re extremely excited about the launch of new John West Additions range, with Hot Smoked Salmon Strips the first to market,” Geoff Cormack, managing director of Morpol UK, told IntraFish. “We believe that the range offers more flavour and versatility to the smoked category, which has become a little predictable of late.”

The strips are ready to eat, hot or cold, and can be used in any number of ways mixed into to salad, pasta or rice dishes, said Cormack.
