Vietnamese shrimp giant Minh Phu is not desperate to raise capital, and is willing to wait for one or two more years to issue a private placement at a price of at least VND 50,000 (€1.83/$2.4) per share, said the company’s general director Le Van Quang at an extraordinary shareholder meeting.
He also said there are two other interested buyers, although he did not name anyone. One offered a price of VND 49,000 (€1.8/$2.35) per share and the other VND 59,000 (€2.16/$2.83)
