The €220 million ($300 million) Towers Thompson, which is based in the United Kingdom but has offices in Australia, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong, New Zealand, South America and Spain – said the new business will complement its existing fish business in Germany, Rassau Seafood GmbH.
Towers Thompson Seafood Ltd. will be headed up by Managing Director Nick Wilson and Sales Director Jason Letch who will manage a team previously part of British Seafood subsidiary Bloomsbury International Limited, which went into administration with other companies in the group Feb.
