Fast-food burger giants McDonald's and Burger King appear to have suddenly discovered shrimp.
Both mega-chains are in the process of introducing at least one shrimp item on their menus.
Burger King will roll out a hot shrimp salad later this spring, BK spokesperson Laina Hanna told The Wave Wednesday. "We're looking to offer more variety to our guests," Hanna said.
And McDonald's plans to sell shrimp McNuggets for the first time in China starting next month.
