Peter Pan Seafoods is relocating to new headquarters after 23 years in its current Seattle location in the South Lake Union neighborhood of the city.

The company is moving to nearby Bellevue, Washington, and will be joined there by Westward Seafoods and Alyeska Seafoods, all three of which are owned by Japan’s Maruha Nichiro Corporation, the world's largest seafood company.

In addition, Maruha Nichiro owns Premier Pacific Seafoods in Seattle and Trans Ocean Products, north of Seattle in Bellingham, Washington. The move will not affect those two companies.
