“The Chilean salmon farming industry will recover. We have large markets, but the past production levels were totally unsustainable," Jimenez told IntraFish. "We now have to have sustainable levels, and produce well with value-added products and not be the cheapest vendor in markets and just win on price. We have to win on quality and value-added products.”
