The aim of the initiative is to improve the company’s results by means of participation, driving the use and practice of ideas that help optimize operations and safety, and reflect the knowledge, experience and creativity of employees, said CEO Alvaro Jimenez.
“There are some people who believe innovation concerns large engineering projects or that it is a skill restricted to certain specialized professionals," he said.
"Innovation isn’t for the chosen and everybody can achieve it, and who better than you that are involved in the daily aspects of our operations to discover where and how we can be more efficient.”
