Joining the company at the recently finished £4.5 million (€6.5 million/$7.8 million) Wiltshire base will be new Operations Director Mark Cooper.

Cooper has nearly two decades experience in the food and consumer goods sectors, including positions in engineering, manufacturing and general management.

In his new role, Cooper will take charge of developing processing capabilities, the supply chain, and oversee the company’s transition to its new headquarters.

“His undoubted experience within the food industry will help the company develop and strengthen its offering to both the retail and foodservice sectors,” said CEO Ole Norgaard.
