US seafood restaurant chain Long John Silver’s said Wednesday it is rolling out its new Big Catch; a wild-caught haddockthree times the size in weight of its signature whitefish.
“The Big Catch is a big menu item for Long John Silver’s notjust in size but also in value,” said Chief Marketing Officer Charles St.Clair . “It’s the largest fish we have ever offered weighing in at 7-8 ouncesof 100 percent premium haddock caught in the icy waters of the North Atlantic.”
