Leroy Seafood Group has purchased a further 2.2 million shares in Villa Organic for an undisclosed amount.
The salmon producer bought the shares from Millcom Norge, the last major shareholder in Villa Organic with 1.5 percent of the share capital.
Leroy Seafood Group has not disclosed the purchase price for the shares, but has previously paid NOK 2.85 (€0.34/$0.46) per share.
After the purchase Leroy now owns 68 million shares in Villa Organic, the equivalent to 47.81 percent, while Salmar has 71.8 million shares, equivalent to 50.43 percent.
