As the lawsuit count rises against the biggest US tuna producers, more eyes turn to the court system for the next step. But that won't be for awhile, according to lawyers involved in the case.
The 13th antitrust lawsuit was filed last week alleging that Starkist, Bumble Bee, Thai Union-owned King Oscar and Thai Union's US division Tri-Union Seafoods, which sells Chicken of the Sea tuna, fixed tuna prices.
Most of the cases so far have been filed in a San Diego federal court.
