The lawsuit, which alleges the company has unfairly used its size to keep payments low to fishermen for their catches, was dismissed as groundless by the company.
“The claims filed against Pacific Seafood are completely without merit," said Craig Urness, general counsel for Oregon-based Pacific Seafood.
