In the latest issue of the magazine Norsk Sjomat, which is published by the trade organization Norske Sjomatbedrifters Servicekontor (Norwegian seafood companies service office), it has run a column on what it calls ”the fight for manual labor."

The editorial is thought-provoking, and illustrates a problem that is just as much of a challenge for the Norwegian as it is for the European seafood industry.
