Former Cermaq CEO Jon Hindar will take a position on the board of Norway Royal Salmon (NRS).

Hindar will replace Inge Kristofferson, who will resign from the board, NRS said.

In addition to Hindar, both Kristine Landmark and Marianne Johnsen were re-elected for two years. In addition, Helge Gaaso was re-elected as board chair.

Hindar resigned from Cermaq in mid-2016, and was replaced by Geir Molvik, who has been with the company since 2005.
