Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville restaurant in Myrtle Beach, S.C. will serve its first official cheeseburger in paradise Monday.

The restaurant will open at 11 a.m. Monday at Broadway at the Beach, marking the first major expansion at the entertainment complex in six years.

The singer will not appear at the opening, sales manager Bill McMillan said. Officials will not say whether Buffett will visit in the future.

Invited guests will get a sneak peek at the 14,000-square-foot restaurant this weekend during trial runs to test the 200 employees.
