Armed with three different types of caviar aligned on a silver tray with an assortment of vodka, whiskey and cognac, Caviale hopes it can rejuvenate the image of caviar to seduce young buyers.
“Today, caviar is very much a product for older people. But we really want to target young consumers,” the company’s general manager Jean Luc Oosting told IntraFish.
“The idea is that caviar could be offered in bars, alongside a selection of drinks that the bartender could recommend depending on the type of caviar they choose.”
