Yoav Dagan, vice president of AquaMaof Aquaculture Technologies, has big plans.
"We have seen 300 percent growth in the last three years," Dagan told IntraFish.
Dagan is reluctant to disclose the figures, but he does paint an impressive picture. Dagan's company -- which he co-owns with his brother -- is the brains behind Europe's largest land-based fish farm, which was inaugurated in Poland recently. The company, Global Fish, will be producing 1,200 metric tons of tilapia from the new €12 million plant.
