The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has confirmed infectious salmonanaemia at a commercial aquaculture facility in Nova Scotia.
Cooke is taking appropriate measures toprevent further disease spread.

Infectioussalmon anaemia does not affect human health or food safety, but it does poserisks to fish health and the economy, according to the agency.
