The Peruvian fishing company has plants dedicated to producing fishmeal and fish oil as well as canned and frozen seafood products.
Hayduk also has nearly 30 vessels – 22 purse-net and 6 trawlers, which mostly catch hake. Sixteen of the 22 purse-net vessels have onboard preservation systems for refrigerated fishing, making it the company with the largest number of boats with refrigerated sea water systems in Peru.
