Aug. 9 - WorldCatch News Network - Boston health inspectors have ordered the closure of a popular waterfront seafood restaurant after discovering the establishment dumped waste from sinks and toilets into Boston Harbor and used untreated water in lobster tanks. according to a Boston Globe news report.

A contractor hired by The Barking Crab discovered the sewage pipe during dinner hours Tuesday while the restaurant was open, the Globe quoted authorities as saying.

According to the report, the closing marks the second time in two months that the The Barking Crab has been cited for health violations, as it was closed for a day and a half in July after passing 53 of 100 inspection points, authorities said.
