One company, Devi Sea Foods Ltd., was given a rate of 0.39 percent, below the necessary threshold for a rate to trigger, so it effectively will pay no antidumping duty on its shipments to the United States, the department said in its announcement Monday in The Federal Register.
All other companies listed in the order received a rate of 0.79 percent. Companies incuded in this group are Falcon Marine Exports Ltd./KR Enterprises, Andaman Seafoods Pvt. Ltd.; Five Star Marine Exports Private Ltd.;
