Iglo's Birds Eye is introducing a number of new products under its Inspirations range of evening meals, after it was named the best-selling Fast Moving Consumer Product (FMCG) launch of 2014 by global consumer and retail insight research provider Kantar Worldpanel.

The launch includes a new Breaded Fish Fillets range and a Bake Perfect Fish variant, the frozen giant said.

The Breaded Fish Fillets range features two variants: Crunchy Tortilla, Chilli and Lime, for a Mexican inspired flavor experience, fish fillets are coated with a blend of crunchy tortilla, lime and chilli, and Sicilian Lemon and Pink Peppercorn, blended lemon and pink peppercorns crumb coasting, inspired by the cuisine of Sicily.

It also spearheads another category breakthrough, due to its innovative transparent packaging, which allows for individual portionability, Birds Eye said.
