Dennis Guhlke will take over in July as CEO. Brenda Morris will take over immediately as chief financial officer, replacing Guhlke, who has been with Icicle for more than 16 years.
Giles, CEO since 1994, will serve as an advisor for the next three years to Icicle on various projects.
