UK celebrity chef and "international food crusader" Jamie Oliver has chosen Australian salmon producer Huon Aquaculture to partner with his Ministry of Food campaign.
Ministry of Food centers will use 7,360 Tasmanian salmon portions a year in their cooking courses.
The program teaches basic cooking skills through courses in Queensland and Victoria and aims to empower people to change the way their families eat and think about food.
