Thomas Farstad, CEO of Norway Seafoods had a salary increase of nearly 32 percent in 2013, compared to the previous year.
According to the annual report, the CEO had a fixed salary and other remuneration in 2013 of NOK 2.24 million (€268,484/$371,226).
This is up from NOK 1.7 million (€203,760/$281,734) for the first year Farstad led the company, up 31.8 percent year-on-year.
In addition Farstad got bonuses of NOK 427,000 (€51,180/$70,765) in 2013, earned in 2011 and 2012.
