A mix of higher harvested volumes after a storm and more fish in the sea will have an impact on Norwegian Atlantic salmon prices next week, industry players canvassed by IntraFish said on Friday.
Prices are expected to drop several NOK from this week's levels, however, there is still great uncertainty around the exact price level.
Some sources would like to see prices of NOK 42 (€4.80/$5.50) per kilo, but they are more likely to reach NOK 40 (€4.60/$5.30) to NOK 41 (€4.70/$5.40).
