The line debuted in September and is exceeding all expectations, CEO Henry Demone told IntraFish.

"We're very happy with the results. I think we might add a couple of SKUs later ths year," Demone said. "The thin-coating system works in other types of raw material, so I think you'll see us extend that line in 2010."

The line started with haddock, sole and salmon products being sold in retailers across Canada, and was adopted from Fishery Products International, which Nova Scotia-based High Liner bought in 2008.
