The Pan-Sear Selects line of haddock, sole and salmon products is being delivered to distributors now, and soon will begin appearing on store shelves at retailers across the country, CEO Henry Demone told IntraFish.
“It’s something we adopted from a launch FPI did in the U.S. market,” said Demone. “They are very lightly coated natural fillet products; for example, there’s a roasted garlic and herb haddock, or a lemon pepper sole, or a Mediterranean salmon, that are easy to prepare, healthy, nutritional, natural fillets.”
