Canada-based High Liner Foods is expanding its Guinness Distinctive Seafood line with four new beer-battered products.
The new products include: Stouties natural hand-cut mini battered cod portions, battered haddock fillets and battered haddock tenders, made with premium seafood and a light, authentic Guinness beer batter.
"Rustic yet upscale, these varieties fit perfectly on any dining operation's menu, from bar and grill to white tablecloth," the company said.
Originally launched in 2014, this line is produced with real Guinness stout beer and includes beer-battered and flame-seared products.
