With a soft demand and a wild salmon season looming, Chilean salmon prices may have finally hit their ceiling on the US market, if the latest numbers continue their trend.
"Things are definitely going to loosen up depending on the production," said James Iwase, vice president and general manager of Seattle-based importer Sea Corp. Seattle, Inc. "We're all waiting for the wheels to fall off."
