Phil Craft was named vice president of operations, and will oversee plant operations in Harvest Select Catfish facilities in Uniontown, Ala., and Eudora, Ark.
Craft has been in the catfish industry for more than two decades.
“Phil Craft has a great sense of the industry in both the value-added, and operations and supply sectors,” said Randy Rhodes, president of Harvest Select. “He knows the leaders, knows the equipment and knows what we need to put in place to make our plant operations more efficient from both cost and productivity standpoints.”
