French seafood producer Guyader Gastronomie is upping its offensive on the smoked fish market by expanding its trout range.

The company is diversifying the sources and types of farming, offering both sea raised and fresh water products, reported LSA.

Since the integration of Brittany Salmon in 2012, Guyader has been intending to strengthen its position on the smoked trout market. The result is the launch of two new models, Brittany sea trout and trout from the Pyrenees Basques raised in fresh water.
